Mapper is Inactive

Good Afternoon,
I am hoping that I am just overlooking something. On the Mappings screen in ION Desk my mapping file says "Active" in a big green rounded rectangle, but when I open the mapping file the rounded rectangle is grey and it says "Inactive".

Any idea what I am overlooking here? I have been going around and around trying to figure out why my Inbound was not working, and I think this is why... Now, I just need to know how to fix the problem.

Hi Nick

Could you please provide screen shot, I think already you are using in documentflow this modeled mapper. If it is not included in the mapper then it will be inactive.

I figured out that an older version was active, not sure why... But there was a file in between that had errors in it. The only I can think of is that I need to make sure I refresh my document flows after I edit my mapping files.
