Hi All

Please can somebody help me with the following:

Environment details:

Infor Documentation Management version 12.0.35.0.13 in a MT environment.

I want to create a retention policy for a document type but I don't know how to configure it so that:

• all active documents that are 60 days old are archived.

I'm ok with finding my way round the Retention Policies app and the Control Center etc.  I think I need to create a manual query but my XQuery is weak.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Hi Mike,



You can use the following syntax:

/MDS_File[@CREATETS < date(-60)]



This xQuery finds all documents in the document type MDS_File older than 60 days. You can change the "MDS_File" part to the ID of your document type and you should be ready to go.
