Error: Message cannot be routed

I just took over "ION" admin responsibility at my job and am quite new

I'm receiving error below.

What does error mean and where do I go to resolve?

Hello,

A Sync.MaintenanceOrder has been sent from EAM but ION did not find any destination point for this document.

Can you share your document flow ? This is the place where you define what enters in ION from which apps and where it should go.

I have this issue too. BOD Sync.M3EDIInvoice is sent from MEC to ION and a document will write it into a folder. The document flow contains application point (receives the BOD) and a file connection point (writes the BOD to a folder).

Hi All, i fixed my issue. The TenantID in the BOD is different from the TenantID of the Connection Point. I just had to make sure the TenantID matches.
