I am an Infor CloudSuite Industrial SaaS customer. I would like to build a mobile app so that those who work in sales outside the office can look at customer orders. Has anyone done this?

I didn't, but I believe this already exists as a mobile version of the CRM for Sales Reps (probably the ".mobi" forms). I think they call it the "Light" CRM.

We don't have Infor CRM.

I meant the CRM part of SyteLine / CSI (Customers, Estimates, Customer Orders, Customer Service Home, etc.). We have CSI 9.01.01 and we were quoted this mobile version of the CRM forms. However we are on-premise, so it might be different for the cloud version(?).

So, a couple different options. Because you are on SaaS, you get Infor Mingle out of the box. There is an Infor Mingle iPhone and Android app you can download that will give mobile users access to your CSI data through the Mingle Home Pages interface. You can customize and create additional Mingle pages that your remote users can access and utilize.

Option two, use the Mongoose REST API to create an external integration with a custom web application you build to give your external users access to the CSI data. This is the most flexible option because you can do whatever you want with it and make it as simple or complex as desired.

You should have received a link similar to:

mingle-portal.inforcloudsuite.com/ABC_CO_PRD

That gets you into the Infor Mingle SaaS web client.
