Security Administration Menu Change - To Toggle or Not to Toggle

Soliciting opinions from all of the FSM/HRT/Landmark Security Administrators out there.

We've redesigned the Security Administration menu. I've used it for months and it's way better imho.

I personally find this to be much cleaner and more easily accessible compared to the current nested links

If you'd like to try it out, a configuration parameter can be set:

Category: config
Key: EnableNewSecAdmApp
Type: Boolean
Value: true

This is an ad-hoc parameter, not pre-defined.

Logout/Login required after setting/updating it. Since this is a new menu any existing configuration to your current security administration menu won't affect using this.

@Andrew Lipetzky I couldn't find Key "EnableNewSecAdmApp" under "config" category in both gen and app dataarea.

Apologies, it's not a predefined param. So you need to create it as an "ad-hoc" parameter.
