How are people handling the Onboarding transition program with the Consolidated Web App. It is listed under work on the employee's profile. We would like to be visible when an employee logs on so they know to complete it vs having to hunt for it.

Tracking time in a job
Is there a standard report in GHR that gives the number of years in a position and/or job? I have looked and not seeing one. But not sure if I am just not looking in the right spot. Is anyone tracking this and if so, how? Our compensation team is requesting a report for this. Thank you
