Getting Error when deleting record in Material Planner Workbench - Common Language Runtime detected

Relatively new to Syteline and new to this community. I'm a developer trying to support Syteline and a user is getting an error when trying to delete a record from her Material Planner Workbench form. Tried looking for documentation regarding this, but no luck. Anyone have a suggestion as to the possible cause?
