what does the hostname mean here in the file connector? which hostname should I use?

Hello - It will be the hostname of the machine, where the "Shared Folder" resides. You are trying to use SMB V2 here, so it will most likely be a Windows Server or Client.

If it is your local PC, you can use localhost as the hostname or your computer name which you can find in My Computer -> Properties
