Getting Error 'Your session is not valid'

Hi,

We have made a new instance of M3.

We are able to open the programs For e.g. MNS095.

When closing the session or trying to do Options/Display or Options/Change.

It gives error "Your session is not valid"

this is happening with all M3 programs / sessions.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
