Hi,

 

We are facing an issue with document not printing on printer.

In design center we have 2 connectors one for FILE and other for ARCHIVING.

1. check the Server log for any errors.?

2.Check the runtime , connector selection? Check if it controlled by variable.

3. Check the message before script check if it is agentdriver()

4. Check the QUEALIAS file.

Can you add more details of the issues
