We are in the process of reviewing systems to further optimize supply availability and eliminate waste. We are on Infor/Lawson V10.
We are reviewing two bin supply systems such as BlueBin. We are also looking into the Lawson Inventory Intelligence but there are only 5 clients utilizing this system.
I would truly appreciate your feedback on what system you implemented for Kanban. As well as any other systems with robust analytics you implemented to optimize par management.
Below are a few questions;
What system do you use or are implementing?
When did you implement? How long did it take?
What was or is your ROI? Perpetual? vs Expense?
What was your fte reduction/reallocated if any?
What is your percent of compliance on placing empty bins in the right location?
