Failed to reclassify an item in MWS060

I tried to Reclassify an item in MWS060 however I am getting an error like "The approval date is blank because the proposed lot blend into is not approved" Any idea to resolve this?

Hello,

Can you check these values :

MITLOC.QIAD (quality inspection date of the balance ID)

MITMAS.QACD (inspection code)

MILOMA.RORC (reference order category)... should be 1 if you have this message

Check also existence of work order MILOMA.RORN in PMS100.

current values

MITLOC.QIAD (quality inspection date of the balance ID) = is zero (0)

MITMAS.QACD (inspection code) = 1

MILOMA.RORN (manufacturing oder) status is = 80,90,90

MILOMA.RORC=1

Do we need to change any of these values?

Hello,

Basically, your current balance ID has status 1 and no inspection date. You cannot reclassify this balance ID until you did the inspection.

I am not a production specialist in M3 but maybe you could have a look in PMS085 ?

Hi,

Have you tried MMS235 -> Reclassify QI request ; then put-away ?

Looks like there was no QI request created (which is correct, because Insp Meth=1)

but M3 is waiting for one anyway...

Not PMS085, that just to record inspections in-line... attached to the operation, not to the lot
