Hi, has anyone come across this recently....
Weve had about 5 sites report "similar" behavior in Opera 3. One example is they received one stock item in.
Stock was therefore 1 in stock.
They issued this, the stock went to zero, but it had posted a negative entry in CTRAN, which was naturally odd & threw the cost prices out. When we have looked at CTRAN, the receipt is first, then the issue, as youd expect. ut the date & time stamps are the wrong way round. The first recipt is at 12:29 & the issue is at 12:19 - 10 minutes before.
BUT, the ID numbers look right. THe receipt is 1228365 & the issue is ID is 1228367 - which is AFTER the receipt! Ive attached a screenshot
WE have a few other sites that have just recently reported that theyve posted a purchase order & it hasnt appeared for 10 mins. Someones posted a stock receipt & it hasnt updated Opera for 10 mins.
I know this sounds like an IT caching issue & weve been trying to pass this back to them to go back to their IT people to investigate
. Just it seems a big coincidence that were getting this only recently across 5 or 6 sites?
