We recently upgraded to VISUAL Shop Floor 9.0.8.020 Service Pack 1 and now are having intermittent connection issues. This typically occurs when users put in their username and password, they get "Please wait" with a circle spinning. It also sometimes happens when they attempt to start/stop jobs or clock out at end of day. We have been working with Infor support and troubleshooted many ways but no resolution yet. Anyone else run into this type of issue and figured out how to resolve?
