Deleting replication json files within an IPA

This has probably been asked and answered however I was unable to locate anything using the search tool.

From within an IPA, how can we delete replication json files from the folder into which the replication files are placed?

We generate the replication sets at various intervals and the only solution we've been able to come up with is writing another IPA that blanks the files.

We tried a delete loop at the end of the IPA and it does nothing.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have a KB article on Infor Support where I set up and consumed Replication Set data from a process flow. In that example I created a blank flow (literally connected start node to end node with nothing in between); tied that flow to a File Channel that has a scan interval of 999999 minutes(1.9 years), which is set to manual start.



My flow that consumes the replication set flows takes the "scan now" action on that PfiChannel, which regardless of scan interval will now trigger. The File Channel will automatically delete any matching files that it finds.



If you implement this I think it would do what you want; but I recommend checking the PfiReceiver.FileName to make sure nobody changed the pattern match; and perhaps the source directory path/ftp connection should be validated as well. So if someone changes it you don't delete the wrong files
