For our requisition approval flow, I've embellished the user action email notification to include most of the detail needed to make a decision, but the comments are a struggle. I added a SQL node to pull the most commonly-used type from L_HRQH. We're still using recsum.htm in the inbasket display, but I'd like to overhaul that too using html instead of a Design Studio solution. Ideally, I'd like to just have the same type of drill-around link presented if more than one comment type has been added. Has anyone crafted a solution like this? My fallback will be to just collect all comments in a message builder and list in a separate table display under the main header detail.
