Additional fields to IC145 specific to Pandemic reporting

Good Morning - wondering if anyone has already done this before I "reinvent the wheel". I've been asked to add Current Average Daily Usage and Current Day's Supply On Hand to the existing Lawson-delivered IC145 report in order to do Pandemic reporting. These fields are visible in IC44 form but according to Infor Support they are not included in any delivered report. Because of the emergency need for Pandemic reporting - looking up every time individually, in IC44, is just not feasible or sustainable at this point. I'm going to start working on adding these additional values to the IC145 report - but Lawson isn't extremely clear on how these calculations are done. I have some rough calculations that I'm going to have to play around with. I was really hoping someone had already done something similar in a batch report that they would be willing to share. Hello, did you ever find a solution for your question? We have not, but I am following. Question: did you add an Attribute or Misc. inventory class? Its the one way I can think of helping with this information. I am not a huge technical person, so maybe I am not on the right track.

With the growing number of CPVID patients, we are developing a report that just looks at 30-day usage to calculate daily usage. We then divide that into our SOH to calculate Days SOH. I classified all PPE items using the Inventory Major Class (COVD) and a Minor Class to break out N95, Face Shields, Masks, Gowns, etc. I also utilize the Generic field of the IC1 for further grouping of items

Unfortunately, this only works with stock items and 2 of our hospitals and all surgery areas are managed on pars. This becomes a manual process to gather the data and input into a spreadsheet for Ohio Dept of Health reporting.

Not a lot of good answers out there, unfortunately.

We used an attribute and I'm set up at the warehouse to catalog every sku and count coming in. We have them grouped by Mask L1, L2, L3 etc

But we already had several attributes built for items so that's the way we went.
