Issue with MEC mapping publish and Generate from Mapper

Hi,

When i try to Publish or Generate Mapping from MEC mapper i get the below error.

Error: - 500 internal Server Error

However one observation is this error appears only for those mappings which has both input and output schema.

For mappings with only input schema (No output schema) it works fine i am able to generate/publish .

Anyone faced similar issue or knows how to resolve them?

Hi Jagannath,

I have seen this error, it happens when the mapper is disconnected from M3BE. See the below screenshot.

You should have something like this the problem is due to this. Usually that is when this error happens
Mec restart should resolve this.

2nd option check all the credentials in preferences of mec mapper and test the connection with "Test Connection" button there.

Try to stop and start API service:

We are still running BE14.1.2, but see this occasionally as well. If this does not work, we restart the Grid.

That is has been present but should have been resolved.
May I ask what tenant you are working with and what region that tenant is in?

I restarted the grid and the issue is still the same.

Not sure why the issue is only for those mappings having input and output schema.
