We've had an issue for years which doesn't cause any problems but is mildly irritating. A few of our customers have also reported the same issue.
If we open a CRM window i.e Contacts processing and then create a new helpdesk call from this form, the first click on the helpdesk call causes it to move behind the contacts processing window.
This seems to happen with a lot of the forms but only in CRM.
Has anyone else seen this and been able to find a way to stop this from happening? I've logged it with Pegasus but they have been unable to recreate it so it's likely to be environmental.
