What is the difference in use cases between Replication Sets, Cloud Ops Data Refresh, and DBExport/DBImport utilities provided on the Admin Console?

Cloud Ops data refresh is a full refresh of data from one tenant to another
DBExport is an extract of data and persistent fields from the database. In MT you can not dbexport all tables through admin console (like Actor)
Replications allows for a point in time extract of data for both persistent fields as well as derived fields (use sparingly). Replications allow for extracts of both Current Data and Audit log Data
