Email Payslips Failing in Opera 3

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if any one has ever came across this when trying to email payslips from Opera 3?  This appears to be happening every couple of weeks and the only way i can resolve this is with a server restart.  

They are using Server 2016, Exchange 2016, SQL Express 2016.  There is 32GB and plenty of hard disc space.  

Any ideas?
