Product not showing

Hello,

I'm having an issue on install product SAML Session Provider 11.1.14

As image above, i uploaded Infor SAML session provider 11.1.14 but when i install product, there will not showing SAML session provider 11.1.14

Anyone knows this issue? Kindly advice please.

I don't know how you install the new version, but try to install this with retrieve CCSS fix. click on saml in the product list and then retrieve and apply buttons.

a restart of client LCM is necessary to have the new version available.

Hello,

1.Please make sure you uploaded the recent application

2.In LCM, Actions-->install product-->find your recent version application-->choose which environment
