Hi everyone,
Looking your advice :-)
With the Windows 10 builds now coming out every 6 months, are you advising your customers to turn off the windows updates if they are not prepared to upgrade to the latest version of Opera3?
I have a customer who got a new Windows 10 PC which is build 2004 (the latest) however their Opera3 is 2.60.12 and they are getting the Illegal Value Error 1098 when doing the sales receipt process, the posting is fine - it is just when they change to the next customer record they get booted out with the above so sounds so like a caching issue?
I also checked to ensure the registry did not have the fix for the build 1808, and it didn't.
I have logged this with Pegasus so waiting to hear from them if possibly already known issue.
Any advice welcome.
Regards
Claire
