How do you monitor changes to COA?

With our organization /Finance team needing ability to both create and post journals, they have the Controller_ST and StaffAccountant_ST rule.
With Controller, it gives them access to Reopen Closed months and access to modify the COA.

Is there some report I could create/run to show the above scenarios?

Month xx was reopened by xx on xx

COA xxx was added by xx on xx or modified, deleted?

I tried looking to do an ISD for the COA but couldn't find anything to help.

Any insight would be appreciated

We haven't had to tackle this specific use case, but we have a couple areas where we want to figure out how to query the Audit Log to do similar types of reporting.  Has anyone in MT been able to find a way to query audit log data?  If we had that for the various business classes, I think you could accomplish what you're asking, Annette.
