Looking for some help with getting Report Manager 10.1.4.2 installed against our 13.4 On-Prem M3 environment. I have the software up and running on a reporting server, I can see stream files from M3 getting sent to Report Manager and the appropriate listener is picking it up, but I can't launch the Report Manager client in Smart Office.
The product appears to be successfully installed in LCM, but when I launch the client in Smart Office there is a (partial) error message at the bottom saying "System Error: there was no endpoint listening at [server id}:8181/arm.svc that could accep", and then it gets cut off.
I've tried that link (with the arm.svc at the end) in a browser and it looks like a valid endpoint, so I'm at a loss as to why I can't get the Smart Office client rolling. Any thoughts?
