CMS047 criteria for order notification that failed in OIS275 with Delivery Schedule source

May I request for your help on this?

We have recently implemented Delivery Schedule. The customer sends 830s by batch weekly.

To notify user if a particular delivery schedule failed in OIS275, we have configured Event-Based Alerts using table OXHEAD (previously, it's OXCNTR).

It is working as expected. But we noticed that even if the delivery schedule ended up in status 40-Create Net Sched, we're still getting the notifications in Ming.le for a batch order that don't actually exist. It seems that when a schedule is executed, it still creates an entry in OIS275 but it's automatically deleted when the order is created successfully.

My criteria in CMS047 is based on CUNO and WHLO (because users wants to include the warehouse in the notification). Aside from this, can you advise the field that I can add so that it will only generate an event if order has failed in OIS275. It should not generate if delivery schedule ended up in status 40.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Normally, when an error occurs in OIS275 when creating net schedule, the status of the lines in RSS101 is 35. Maybe could you test ORSITM instead ?

If you wish to keep OXCNTR as your main file, you can monitor an event like OXCNTR:U on fields EVSTAT = 15 / 25, EVBQLY = 6 (source RSS)
