I can't remember if it was in a different forum or was an enhancement request but I know there were others mentioning the 'Take Notes' time stamp not being correct time as it altered with whatever jboss server node was being hit.
Thought I would share that issue was resolved with the August CU and I have tested on my side and all is well.
You have to make sure on your Config Console - Data Area- TimeZones is correct.
