Is anyone measuring Buyer performance based on Lawson measurables?
For example, we measure buyer message response time, open order follow up, and requisitions processed outside the PO100.
My director was curious what other metrics other organizations use and how do you determine benchmarks.

We do Req Approval time to PO Creation time. We have a Crystal report that is published via our Data Warehouse that can be run by the Purchasing manager at any time.
We have a Goal of 48 hours and have scripted out weekends and major holidays in the calculation in Crystal.

Hi Kat,
I answered this in the MyLawson Communites but I don't know if you saw it. I have a few reports I created in Crystal that address buyer performance. You can check them out here. Figuring out benchmarking is tough because we really don't know what the norm is for our health system size.

Hey Jon - I remember looking at these last year, but the subject has come up in our org. now. Can you make the documents available again? When I click on the links I get a blank screen.

I verified that the files are still in my Google Drive account. I just tried the links and they're working for me.

Stace-They worked for me, although I got a message that I needed to either update my IE browser or try Google Chrome - they would open once I clicked on Dismiss.
