Thought I would share an issue we just found but resolved on our own.
Apparently something changed and now the appProdline is coming in as all caps (GENESISHEALTH_PRD_HCM) rather than lower case like it had been (genesishealth_prd_hcm).
Just in case any of you have similar issue, wanted to share what we found... save you time.
