I have a Crystal report published to LBI and I want this to run every weekday and print to a printer in our storeroom. In LBI Tools => Delivery Admin => System Devices I've added the printer I want to output to. And then assigned that printer in the Bursting and Distribution section of the report schedule. I've tried the ip address and the hostname in the address field in the device setup but I can't get the report to output to the printer. Am I missing something?
