Opera failing to update tables

Hi All,

We have had a customer reporting inaccuracies in their Opera stock levels in recent months. We investigated and discovered that some POP receipts had updated CNAME and CSTWH, but not CTRAN.

We have other situations where SOP Batch processing has updated CTRAN and not CNAME and CSTWH.

Have any of you come across this issue before?

YEs across several sites. ainly in the sales ledger. Sales Ledger updated, but none of the other tables. Pegasus naturally say this is a network issue, which it could be, but difficult to prove

We cant recreate it & its maybe one invoice on one site within thousands of invoices once every 3 months.

But we have it on other sites too, Im currently patching one

Sorry cant offer any pointers, just know that it happens & how to fix it

Hi Brian,

I had a similar issue on one site. Basically if a sales order was edited on a different day it wasn't de-allocating the original allocation on the order and adding in another allocated line therefore duplicating allocations.

Hi Brian,

We've seen this at a few sites and put it down to the windows 10 issues, we applied the registry changes suggested by Pegasus and touch wood we haven't seen it crop back up at those sites.
