I am the BaanERP Tools Team lead and I have been with the company for 12+ years.

Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

What do you like about Infor365 Community?
Meeting people that have the same kind of questions and sharing knowledge, ideas and tips in general.

What are your interests outside of work?
I like to workout

What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I compete in Triathlons (1/2 Ironman distance has been the longest distance).

What is your role within Infor and how long have you been in that role?

My current role at Infor is a technical support analyst for the Baan ERP products and add-ons. I have been working this role for 2 years.

Where are you located?

I am located at the Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA Support Center.

What do you like about Infor365 Community?

I enjoy the people map the most. From there I can see who has the same interests or attributes that I do, and start discussions with them.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to build custom computers.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?

I enjoy computer gaming.
