How can we create an additional initiating action for Transition management? We want to track on change of employee status? If the employee goes on leave or on furlough we need to initiate a transition flow?
Did you ever come up with a solution for your question? We did something similar with the "Resignation" action in Transition Management using a custom IPA several months ago and it works well.
