Update all users Panel Sequence

Hi all,

We need to update all our existing users panel sequence for certain programs. These are programs such as PPS100, where on a per-user basis we would normally navigate to the program, click Actions --> Settings in the H5 client, then update the Panel sequence. For the programs we are looking at, there is no "settings" option for them like there are in PPS095/E and OIS010/F.

1/. How can we specify a panel sequence (for all users) for certain programs?

2/. Where is this data stored?

We don't want to have to have every user do this manually for normal reasons e.g. some users won't bother, some users will make mistakes, inconsistencies etc.

We have already tested using the API MNS150.CpyStartValues and this did not work.

Hi again,

Just a quick update as we've landed on the solution. Testing the MNS150MI.CpyStartValues, whilst checking the results against our replica DB, landed us on the following.

After running the MI, the 'To' user must log out, clear cache, close browser, then log back in. Otherwise, opening the panel sequence window appears to overwrite the settings back to the users previous settings from the cache somehow, even if the user presses F3 to return. (Perhaps an F12 cancel won't do this).

We witnessed the MI update the values correctly, then M3 set them back after the user checked the settings. After running the MI then following the steps above, the user then opened the settings and verified the correct panel sequences were set.
