Ming.le alert with drillback as in CRS420 for APS999 reminder

Hi,

For the 148 reminder by APS999, it's possible to trigger a reminder routine in ‘Settings – Accounts Payable’ (APS905). A reminder message is then sent out automatically via ‘Application Message. Open’ (CRS420) to each affected authorized user on a specified date before the due date or the cash discount date of the invoice. The user can then jump directly from the message to the invoice for authorization.

My question is if it is possible to get the link/drillback to H5 via an e-mail or ming.le alert the same way as in CRS420?

Email option :

Maybe can you try CRS427 to add email settings + bookmark for the corresponding message type CRS424 you have activated.

Email address of the user is defined in CRS111 type 04. I am not sure how to setup CRS437 but maybe someone else will help you (and us in fact).

As for alert or notification in Mingle, it requires that you activate the corresponding ProcessBOD in CRS424. Drillbacks are not managed in these Pulse messages and i have no idea how to create one from scratch. Nothing is clear is the documentation on this point. Maybe a simple string containing a "https" URL to M3 should work.
