Most of our IPA flows in GHR are triggered from Action Request forms. If the Landmark node that is running the Complete in Process to have the Action Request update and complete fails the flow completes but the Action Request remains in Process. I've modified some flows to capture certain error messages and reject the action request but some still fall through the cracks. I wanted to see if others have this issue and how they are insuring that they don't have open Action Requests attached to completed work units?
