hi, I was wondeirng if anyone has come across this on any sites? We have ONE site, with ONE user where every now & then he goes to post a sales invoice via SOP & he gets this message.

Ive asked their IT company to ensure the AV settings are excluding what it should & power mang is disabled.

Short of swapping machines & cables etc, not sure what else to suggest.

Hi James,

I had this with one user a few weeks ago but it only happened once so far though and a uds corrected it and not heard back from them since.

To be honest I just thought it might have been related to some other issues they have been having at this site as there is various signs of corruption.

This is caused by our old friend "** AUTO **" in ih_doc - is someone crashing a lot in SOP posting?

hi it isnt that either. We checked for this first, and youd expect this message to "cause" the ** AUTO ** problem, but IHEAD & ITRAN are both clear of this. PLus youd expect it to happen to all users, so were a littl baffled. Thanks for the suggestion though
