P11D 2011/2012 Live Submission Fail - Type 'N' Issues
stuart-craig
We have one customer that is struggling with the live submission, the test submission went through all ok.
The error they are getting is The submission of this document has failed due to departmental specific business logic in the Body tag. Further down in the error log it says - When Expenses Payments Type is 'N'. Must have either Travelling and Subsistence, Entertainment, General Expenses, Use of Home Telephone, Non-qualifying Relocation Exp or Other.
They have 2 employees with type 'N' codes, these weren't on the above types but we have since changed them to these types but it has made no difference.
HMRC are saying is not an issue there end, problem with software etc. There only suggestion was to take out the 2 employees with type 'N' and submit without them which may be what they have to do.
Any advice would be gratefully received regarding error especially as customer as had left it pretty close to the deadline to submit.
Debbie
