Immediately following CU73 our organization began getting the message, "Budget edits in progress" on all non-stock PO's when performing the action Release. Prior to CU73 we would only receive it on orders that had a project number and project category in the GL distribution (capital PO's). Since we only load budgets for projects we were always happy with this. Since CU73 it doesn't matter if we have a project number or project category the message now appears anytime we release a PO that isn't for inventory. This has been a rough change since now you have to wait for budget edit checks to finish and then refresh the PO to see if it released. Since only 1 in 100 PO's are for capital it ends up being a large annoyance to go through that for all non-stock PO's. We do not load budgets for departments in CSF.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Have you made any changes to avoid the wait and refresh? Did this just start for anyone else after CU73? Thank you.
