DX freight integration

Anybody written DX freight integration ? Reading the DX data exchange manual Opera would need to do the following :-

Assign tracking numbers to boxes and link these numbers back to deliveries
Print labels in DX format
Export CSV files in DX format for FTP upload
Email html tracking links to customers
Save all the tracking information to Opera
