Opera II in German?

An Opera II user wants to use Opera for a German part of his business.
Providing German SOP documents and statements is obviously easy, and system reports could be translated, but is there any way to provide anything of the dialogue in German? Such as the menus? Or anything else? (I think this is a long-shot, and suspect they cannot be done)
Any ideas would be welcomed!

Certainly the labels on forms and most of the text in dialogs is hardcoded in English, so I'd guess you're out of luck.

Menus could be translated by subclassing the commands but that about as close as you would be able to get.
