Hi,

We have configured SSL-VPN access on our Firewall.

While we are able to log on to the ERP Server, to run the same, we are forced to do RDP. Is this any other way to provide access to our mobile workforce via SSL-VPN and Worktop?

We have been doing exactly this for years with Baan ERP & LN. We use a Watchguard SSL appliance which is based on the Citrix Application Gateway.

My guess is that your firewall administrator is blocking non standard ports. I believe the Worktop needs 512 or 7150 depending on the authentication method.

Look at the firewall log the next time this fails. The solution is probably there in clear text.
