Cost component problem in Service Quotation

Hi,
I have maintained only service labour cost and other cost terms for service quotation.
I am getting the error while processing "Cost component mandatory for service order other line".
Please can anyone suggest what could be the reason and where the checks needs to be made.

Define Cost Component for field "Cost Component for Quotation Invoicing" in session "Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000)" . This problem will be solved.
