Visual 7 Save customer purchase order with Customer Order?

Hello

In an effort to start more digital filing, is there a way to save a copy of the external customer purchase order received by fax,email with the customer order in Visual?

We have started using the Document Manager within Visual to manage these types of files, so that they flow though the customer order. I don't know if that would work for you.

To keep these files from filling up the default directory, and to prevent overhead from managing in the long run we wrote a custom script which organizes the files, and renames them based on the customer order or application they were linked in.
