EFS/LBI access for non LBI Administrators version 10.3.0.0.96

We are implementing a new LBI server (current version 9.0.3.1) and only those who are in the LBI Administrators group can see reports even though they are in the group that has access set in the 'Report Users' and 'Sharing'. I have a ticket open with Infor but have been unsuccessful in finding the issue. Has anyone run into this? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

For some reason a while back, we noticed in LBI that the groups had been duplicated. Not sure how or why this happened. If you were a member of one group, you'd not have access to the reports while members of the other group would.
We ended up going case-by-case and removing the user from the group, replacing him/her into that group or just assigning both LBI groups to the report. Has this maybe happened to you too?

I think we even went so far as to run a sync and delete in LBI under the advice from Infor. *Note that they normally do not recommend you leave the delete box checked, so make sure if you do this, that you uncheck it afterwards.

I see this in our current production environment (if it's the same error.) I even had a ticket open with Lawson. In our case it appears that after reporting so many duplicate group messages eventually the server stops responding and we have to recycle WebSphere. I will look into this. The error is 'java.sql.SQLException: [IBM][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]The group already exists' I don't see this error on the new LBI server.
