The problem with the FACTS Knowledgebase has been fixed!

The problem preventing partners from seeing the vast majority of the solutions in the KB was resolved over the past weekend! Since the migration to the 'new' infor365 a few months ago, partners were only able to see solutions that were 'public', meaning appropriate for both customers and partners. I just checked and there are currently 2,071 solutions out there for FACTS. This number grows daily, as we create solutions for nearly every support call we take. We also create a solution for every bug/enhancement reported to us and include fixes whenever possible.
To access the KB from the infor365 home page, click Solutions -> Infor ERP FACTS -> Infor ERP FACTS. Always use the default, Quick Search, and click GO. The 'Top Solutions to Consider' when you first land on the Quick Search page are the last 20 solutions added/used. Take a quick scroll down the screen to see what's there. If you don't see what you're looking for, you can type in a brief description or error number, line# and program if you are needignhelp with an error. Then click GO to search the KB.
I encourage all of you to start searching the KB prior to opening a support incident. Hopefully, you will find the solution to your problem at your fingertips. If not, support is always here to help.

Is this really fixed. I just did a search for "SMU955 enter", trying to see what the enter list looks like for "prog/SM/SMU955;publish_api" and I see a result that might have what I want, but when I click on it, I get a message that says:
"You do not have permission to access this solution. Contact your customer support representative for assistance. "
I clicked on the first 10 solutions and got the same result.
I then did another search for "error 55", just to try something that may not require as high of a security level to access the solutions, but I could only access one of the first 10 solutions.
I went to Infor365, clicked "solutions", selected "FACTS, and entered my search terms. It seems like I should be able to access these links.

When we migrated to the new Solutions KB in January, we discovered the problem you are now experiencing. The search works fine, but solutions marked internal give partners the permission message. Our IT staff is working on this problem now, but I don't have an ETA for a fix yet. If you find a solution you need and can't view it, please open a new product incident and give us the solution number(s) you need. We'll send you the solution(s).
