Sending Priority in EDI File

We are being told by Zimmer that our EDI PO's are coming through at a priority 5 and they need to be 1 to be processed same day. Does anyone send a priority level in their EDI files? I'm not sure how to do it but I would imagine it'd be a List Name in ED40. I wasn't able to find information in the knowledge base. Thanks!
