Hi infor M3 community members,
Really I have something seems very strange from my point of view regard delivery creation and connect to shipment in M3.
We are pharmaceutical distribution company and have big fleet and great number of routes and route departures as we deliver to our customers 3 times daily on average, our customers are pharmacies and hospitals.
We found that once you put the customer order in OIS100/OIS101, the delivery will be created even there is no stock from the item now and connect to the next route departure but already there is no goods to be picked and shipped.
And once we received the goods through DO from another warehouse using supply model or through receiving PO from supplier, The picking list will created and The delivery status will change from 02 to 50 but did not connect to new shipment automatically.
We are talking about vert big number of deliveries with the same behavior which could not be maintained manually.
Have you any idea how can we automatically connect the delivery to the shipment once the picking list was created instead of the behavior we have now.
Also the delivery should not connect to shipment if the delivery status still 02.
