how to upload massively data without API?

We need to uplaod manually some conditions in a program, but no API is available.

in SAP was possible to use a tool to simulate manual activities creating a batch program with a standard tool, in order to upload directly an excel. Furthermore some external tools where developed to be used for massive data uploading.

Is there a tool in M3 to upload massive data by simulating manual activites?

Hello Francesco

Have you had a look on the IPS (Interactive Program Services) functionality in M3 that could be used to wrap M3 program into a Web APIs that can be accessed through the ION API Gateway for migration scenarios?

Note: for production integration it is recommended to use the Web APIs based on MI or FNC programs.
If you see a need of a new MI program fill in an enhancement request.

Many thanks for this answer to Francesco. We had the same question, but never dare asking the question here !!

So IPS is actually solving one issue we had. But we would like to invoke it from an Excel sheet... Does anyone have an example of this ?

As I understood, IPS run only on M3 cloud edition, for M3 on premise the only way is to use SQL

Hi Francesco, If you have M3 Web Services (SOAP) available in your on premise, you can wrap M3 programs functionality as a SOAP service and be consumed from anywhere (including excel files)
