IBI 10.x vs IBI 11.x

Does anyone know if it is true that IBI 10.x products are now only offered to customers that currently have previous version (e.g. LBI 9.x)?
And if that's the case, is IBI 11.0 intended to replace IBI 10.x?

Haven't heard this. I know that you can't get past LBI 10.4 without signing an addendum to move to LBI 10.5 aka IBI.

It looks like IBI 11.0 has moved to OLAP instead of Crystal Reports; which is a pretty big change. Based on the specifications, it looks like IBI 11.0 is a completely new product.
I'm also not seeing Smart Notifications as a part of IBI 11; I'm not sure if it was replaced with different but similar functionality or not.
Right now we are trying to see the differences between products to determine if we should stick with IBI 10 or move over to 11.
